PRICES

All rates in the list and on our homepage are per person and day in Euro.

Rates include the following:

• Use of indoor swimming pool
• and sauna parlor
• and fitness room at ****Hotel Deluxe Alpina
• 1 garage parking lot per apartment
• Children over 3 years are cared for at Hotel Alpina's Kids' Club

End-of-stay cleaning fee:

• Please check the current price list for more detailed information on rates for the end-of-stay cleaning of apartments.

The following services and products are available at additional cost: 

• Cakes to order (from hotel Alpina pâtisserie),
• Fondue evenings (in the Hotel Alpina lounge)
• Flowers to order
• Wine tasting (minimum no. of participants)
• Internet surfing point
• Taxi services organised (to airport, station, Sölden, within the village)

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

Generally, guests arrive and depart on Saturdays or Sundays. We will be pleased to consider other dates where this is possible.
Your room will be available for you to move into from 15:00 hrs on your arrival day.
Please vacate your room by 11:00 hrs on your departure day.
If you have to arrive late or depart early, we will reimburse 20% of the agreed price. Otherwise, standard Austrian hotel regulations are applied..

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION

All-risk or full cancellation cover? We are members of the European Travel Insurance scheme and you can book the insurance directly on the their English website .

If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date, there will be no charge. (We will refund deposits less any expenses incurred for the money transfer)
If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date, we will charge the standard 80% of the total price (in accordance with Austrian hotel regulations ). (We recommend taking out travel insurance!)

Cancellations are only accepted in writing and must be reconfirmed by the lodging provider.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

You can pay your hotel bill

• in cash
• by Eurocheque card (Maestro) for Germany, Netherlands, Austria
• by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Diners, AMEX)

Advance payment: 30% with binding bookings
Remaining amount: on arrival
Extras and additional services: one day prior to departure

TOWELS AND LINEN

Bath towels and other towels are changed once a week. Additional changing services are available for an extra charge. A coin-operated washing machine and ironing station are at our guests' disposal.

GENERAL INFORMATION

All services at Hotel Alpina ****de luxe are available only during the opening times of the hotel and on advance booking at the hotel's reception desk. All guests need to follow the hotel rules.
