Prices

The daily prices stated in the price list and on the homepage are per apartment and day up to the number of persons indicated.

Included in the price:

  • Summer and winter: Sauna room with Finnish sauna and steam bath
  • Winter: Use of the indoor swimming pool Deluxe Hotel Alpina****S
  • Winter: the sauna landscape in the Deluxe Hotel Alpina****S
  • Winter: and the fitness room in the Deluxe Hotel Alpina****S 
  • Winter: Children from 3 years are looked after in the children's club of the Hotel Alpina.

Prices for final cleaning:
The costs for the final cleaning of the holiday flats can be found on the current price list.

In general the Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.

Arrival/Departure

Saturday and Sunday are generally regarded as arrival/departure days. If possible, we will be happy to consider other dates. Your room is ready for occupancy from 16 o'clock on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 11 am.

Cancellation conditions

For the upcoming winter season 2021/2022 we have reduced our free cancellation for the whole season from 61 days to 31 days before arrival. The only exception is for the New Year's Eve week, from December 17/2021 to January 03/2022, where a free cancellation of 61 days applies.
This gives you the opportunity to book your recreational holiday with us at the Chalet Montana today.

For short-term cancellations the following conditions apply:

  • 30 to 22 days before arrival: 40% of the amount
  • 21 to 15 days before arrival: 70% of the amount
  • From 14 days before arrival: 90% of the amount

We strongly recommend to take out a travel insurance!

Full risk or full cancellation cover? We are a partner of the European Travel Insurance and would be happy to send you the relevant documents. Or, even easier, you can select and book individual suitable cancellation protection directly during the booking process on our booking route.

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and need to be reconfirmed by the hotel.
