What else you should know

Prices

The daily prices stated in the price list and on the homepage are per apartment and day up to the number of persons indicated.

Included in the price:

• Summer and winter: Sauna room with Finnish sauna and steam bath in the Chalet Montana
• Winter: 3x use of the indoor swimming pool and the sauna area in Hotel Alpina deluxe ****S
• Winter: Children from 3 years are looked after in the children's club of the Hotel Alpina.

Prices for final cleaning:
The costs for the final cleaning of the holiday flats can be found on the current price list.

In general the Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.

Arrival/Departure

Saturday and Sunday are generally regarded as arrival/departure days. If possible, we will be happy to consider other dates. Your room is ready for occupancy from 16 o'clock on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 11 am.

Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation up to 90 days before arrival no fees (deposits less expenses for monetary transactions will be transferred back).

21.12.2024 – 04.01.2025, 15.02.2025 – 08.03.2025, 05.04.2025 – 19.04.2025

For cancellations at short notice the following conditions apply:

• 89 to 60 days before arrival: 70 % of the booking
• 59 to 30 days before arrival: 90 % of the booking
• From 29 days before arrival: 100 % of the booking

In case of cancellation up to 31 days before arrival no fees (deposits less expenses for monetary transactions will be transferred back).

For cancellations at short notice the following conditions apply:

27.11.2024 – 21.12.2024, 04.01.2025 – 15.02.2025, 08.03.2025 – 05.04.2025

• 30 to 21 days before arrival: 40 % of the booking
• 20 to 15 days before arrival: 70 % of the booking
• from 14 days before arrival: 100 % of the booking

Group reservations from 3 rooms 90 days before arrival free of charge

We strongly recommend to take out a travel insurance!

Full risk or full cancellation cover? We are a partner of the European Travel Insurance and would be happy to send you the relevant documents. Or, even easier, you can select and book individual suitable cancellation protection directly during the booking process on our booking route.

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and need to be reconfirmed by the hotel.

Towels and linen

Bed linen, bath towels and other towels are provided once a week. Additional changing services are available for an extra charge. A washing machine and ironing station are at our guests' disposal (free use of the devices).

General information

All services at Hotel Alpina deluxe****S are available only during the opening times of the hotel and on advance booking at the hotel's reception desk. All guests need to follow the hotel rules.
